Losing Weight After Giving Birth

If you aren't happy with the pounds you have gained while you were pregnant, don't freak out. You can drop those pounds quickly if you know what to do. You might be worried that you won't have the time to work out because your baby is still at the stage where it needs you to stay close most of the time. However, your baby probably sleeps a lot. If you get used to working out while your baby takes a nap, you won't have to wait a long time to see good results. Here are a few things that you can do during naptime that will help you feel better and look better. By the way, trying to find an excellent home work out to help losing weight? Be sure to check out Brazil Butt Lift. It is very good.

Leg Kicks: This is an exercise that strengthens your abdominal muscles and raises your pulse rate. This exercise starts with you lying on your side with your waist slightly bent into a pike position. With one leg bent to hold your balance, straighten your top leg and bring it forward as far as you can bring it. Keeping your leg up, bring it back so that it hovers over your bottom (bent) leg. Taking care not to lower your leg, repeat the exercise ten times. Roll over and do the same with the other leg. Do this three times on each side and you'll see results quickly.

Pilates: You might think pilates is slow but it will help you burn over two hundred calories every hour that you do it.

That's quite a lot of calorie shedding with very few movements. You can find moves for your workout through DVDs, online videos or even books. One of the best post-natal exercises for women looking to lose weight is to lay on your back with your knees bent. Breathe in and put your hands behind your head. Then, breathe back out as you contract your abs and lift your head as well as your shoulders off of the floor. Then, straighten your legs so that they form a 45 degree angle while you extend your arms with your palms down. Pump your arms in a rhythmic manner while inhaling for five beats. Then, breathe out for five beats. Try to do 100 of these each day and you'll be in fantastic shape in no time!

The classic crunch is an exercise most people already know how to do that helps greatly. Doing a crunch is easy, lay on you back with your hand behind your head and your knees bent. Inhale through your nose and then exhale as you draw your abs in while lifting your head and shoulders off the floor. Relax your buttocks and bring ribs in towards the hips. Slowly lower to beginning position. Do as many of these as you can, working towards 20, then 50. After you reach fifty you can begin to add weights to add difficulty. These exercises, if you do them often enough, will give you fantastic results in just a few weeks. They can be done while your child is resting and you can even break them up throughout the day instead of doing them all at once. Of course, it is even easier to shed weight if you do them all at once at least three times a week (or any other 20-30 minute workout three times each week). Do these exercises as often as you can manage and keep doing them; you'll fit into your pre-pregnancy pants before you know it. Lastly, don't forget to read our Brazilian Butt Lift reviews.
